Our Team
Tom O’Connor, LMSW | Founder & CEO
Tom O’Connor is a strategist and executive search consultant weaving together 20+ years as an arts administrator with his training as a social worker and educator to foster healthier arts organizations. Together with the team at TOC Arts Partners (formerly Tom O’Connor Consulting Group), his work has served the arts and culture industries exclusively since 2015, impacting over 150 client organizations.
Prior to founding TOC Arts Partners, he held senior roles at a variety of organizations including Roundabout Theatre Company, Tessitura, and more. Tom is a Trustee of TDF, one the largest arts service organizations in the US. He has served on the faculty of the Yale School of Drama’s Graduate Theater Management Program as well as the Brooklyn College Graduate Performing Arts Management Program. He resides in New York City.
