The Hermitage Artist Retreat Announces Key Appointments to Programs Team
TOC Arts Partners is pleased to announce that the Hermitage Artist Retreat (Andy Sandberg, Artistic Director and CEO), in Sarasota County, Florida has appointed Tiffany Colli-Moon Programs Director and Joyous R. Pierce Artist & Alumni Relations Manager, following our extensive national search led by Search Consultant, Brenna Thomas.
Working closely with Hermitage Artistic Director and CEO Andy Sandberg, Programs Director Tiffany Colli-Moon will oversee and manage the Hermitage’s celebrated artist programs and collaborations, with Joyous R. Pierce joining the team in the new role of Artist & Alumni Relations Manager, as shared in a release from the company.

Additionally, I am thrilled that Joyous is joining the programs team with me, and look forward to working together to shape and build upon the Hermitage’s great programmatic history. As I make Florida my new home, I look forward to celebrating and championing the brilliant work of so many Hermitage artists from around the world.”
Tiffany Colli-Moon comes to the Hermitage from California, most recently serving as Program Producer for the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. In her role there, Colli-Moon oversaw all phases of programming associated with public programs, including the signature ALOUD series and the inaugural “Night at the Library” at LA’s historic Central Library, showcasing over 200 artists and arts organizations. She simultaneously held the role of Literary Manager for Ojai Playwrights Conference, where she served in various capacities for nearly thirteen years. Her dramaturgy work has been focused on new play development and has included projects with Ojai Playwrights Conference, Artists at Play, Cal Rep, and others. Tiffany holds an MFA/MBA in Theater Management from CSULB, a BFA in Theatre Performance from Chapman University, and a Certificate in Musical Theatre Performance from Circle in the Square Theatre School. In joining the Hermitage team, Colli-Moon has relocated to Florida’s Gulf Coast from Southern California.
In the new role of Artist & Alumni Relations Manager, Joyous R. Pierce is relocating to Florida from New York. Pierce is a multidisciplinary curator, producer, and creative strategist focused on shaping dynamic, artist-centered programming and exhibitions. She has collaborated with hundreds of artists across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, and North America. Pierce has held leadership roles at the Harlem Arts Alliance and Hi-ARTS, where she designed and launched innovative programs including residencies, festivals, exhibitions, and arts education initiatives that expand access and visibility for emerging and established artists. Her work spans institutions such as Christie’s, Sotheby’s, Burning Man, the Guggenheim, the Apollo Theater, Google, the AMNH, and the NARS Foundation. A recipient of the Renaissance Woman Award and a Proclamation from the City of New York, Joyous holds a B.A. in International Relations and an M.Sc. in African Politics from SOAS, University of London.
