Eugene O'Neill Theater Center Appoints Lauren Ustaszewski as Director of Development
TOC Arts Partners is pleased to share that Eugene O'Neill Theater Center (Tiffani Gavin, Executive Director), in Waterford, Connecticut has appointed Lauren Ustaszewski as Director of Development following our extensive national search led by Senior Strategist, Brenna Thomas.
Lauren Ustaszewski (she/her) is a non-profit professional with over 18 years in the non-profit sector. Lauren most recently served as the Director of Development for City Year Rhode Island, leading the Development team and finding success in securing new and increased foundation support. Prior to her tenure at CYRI, she served for five years at Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence, Rhode Island, leading individual giving and helping to secure over $350,000 for the serval habitat. Lauren's career also includes several roles at both Trinity Repertory Company and Theater By The Sea.
