Finance & Administration Manager

We seek a committed, mission-aligned Finance & Administration Manager to ensure that our back-office operations reflect the same ethos of rigor, precision, and care that we bring to our client engagements. We are largely a remote company, with our CEO and Executive Assistant maintaining an office in Midtown Manhattan, NYC. This role does not have a geographic requirement, but residence in the NYC Metro Area is a plus.

The Finance & Administration Manager is central to sustaining TOC Arts Partners’ financial health, administrative function, growth, and integrity. This role will manage the full accounting cycle, collaborate on budgeting and forecasting with the CEO, ensure compliance and reporting, manage client contracting, maintain internal systems, and partner with leadership on planning. You’ll work as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing and translating financial data into actionable insights. You should be comfortable operating in a consultative or project-oriented context and possess the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic arts‐consulting environment. This role requires a very high degree of accuracy, comfort with communication, and confidence in assessing and optimizing processes.

Applications will be accepted until this role is filled. We encourage you to apply by February 13, 2026. Interviews may begin at any time, and we encourage you to apply as early as possible for best consideration. Please note that applying before the priority deadline does not guarantee an interview, and all applicants will receive a response regarding the consideration and status of their candidacy.

For general questions or nominations of prospective candidates, please contact searchteam@tocartspartners.com. We kindly request no phone calls.

Note to Applicants:
All applications must be submitted through the application portal linked above, as we do not accept resumes or cover letters via email. Rest assured, a real human reviews every application we receive, and your application decision is not at the whim of AI or keyword filters. We seriously consider and encourage candidates from all backgrounds and experiences to apply. While it may take a few weeks as we process and evaluate submissions, all applicants should expect follow-up regarding the status of their submissions. Due to the volume of applications, we are not able to offer detailed individualized feedback at this time. Thank you.
